The best place

It is not easy to find the best place,

it must be cosy, and lovely and safe.

I don't like cleaning a lot, so be small,

be airy a bit, but no draft at all.

Be hugged by the sunshine in any case,

be good for a rest and lying in wait.

It must be quiet, but close to the friends,

with charming views of the arable lands...

Look here, this cactus, it's worth every price,

from now, I will call it only thorn-house.

I am so happy that I've found this place,

it fits me well, and it's good for a base.

Jó helyet találni, nem könnyű dolog.

Központi legyen, de csendes és nyugodt.

Kényelmes, bájos, de ne legyen nagyobb,

mint amit seperc kitakaríthatok.

Levegős legyen, de ne legyen huzat,

reggeltől estig ragyogja be a nap.

Bázis legyen, ahol lesben állhatok,

megtervezhetem a légyvadászatot.

De hogyha éppen csak lopnám a napot,

érezzem úgy hogy biztonságban vagyok...

Itt ez a kaktusz, beteljesült álmom,

már csak egy nevet kell neki találnom.

A giraffe, a frog, and an owl

The giraffe has grown very tall.

He sees what is beyond the wall.
This makes him so confused and stressed,
that he never straightens his back.

In the garden there lives a frog.
He decided to write a blog
about that he wanted to jog,
but could not, because of the smog.

This little blue owl has a dream
of having a house at the stream,
which is lovely, cosy, and clean,
with pine wooden walls painted green.

Egy zsiráf, egy béka és egy bagoly

Magasra nőtt a zsiráf,

látja, mi van odaát.
Sosem húzza ki magát,
így leplezi zavarát.

Azt gondolta a béka,
jót tenne most a séta.
De megfájdult a torka,
nagy volt a szmog, kimarta.

A kis bagoly nagy álma,
legyen egy szép faháza.
Piros tető, zöld falak,
közelében friss patak.
