I think this may lose something in the translation, in language or just cultural differences, but if I am understanding you correctly, I would disagree. I think it is best for us to take care of ourselves. I think humans live better that way. Of course, if there is an emergency we help eachother out, but not as a permanent way of life. Government should work for the country to have peace and the economy to be strong so that people are to make a living, but to have people (those who can work) not take care of themselves would create a huge mess. It also makes people think they are not able to do anything else. It is defeat in the guise of assistance. It is really control when it comes down to it.<br /><br />I may be misunderstanding you... sorry, if that is the case!
